In vehicles with seat heating, note the warning text and the notes on → Chapter.
–  Slide seat forwards.
   
–  Remove cover strip -1- backwards in -direction of arrow- from inner seat rail.

–  Use a screwdriver to push lock backwards and remove cover from seat rail in -direction of arrow-.

–  Push together clip -1- and take out.
–  Separate connector for seat heating (if fitted).
–  Release detent rod and slide seat back out of guide rails.
