    • ◆ For repair cases
    • ◆ Position embossed on exhaust pipe
    • ◆ As standard, centre and rear silencers are installed as a single component. In cases of repair the centre and rear silencer are supplied individually and with a double clamp for connecting.
    • ◆ Cut through connecting pipe with body saw e.g. V.A.G 1523 at right angles at the separating point
  • Repair double clamp
    • ◆ Must be slid onto the markings, -item 13-

  • ‒ Align exhaust system on retaining ring -item 7- to achieve dimension -a-.
    Arrow points in direction of travel
        Dimension -a- = 10 ±2 mm
