  Note
t  Attach cables to removed controls first and then attach cables to heater levers.
t  The cable sheaths are colour coded.
t  Check cables before installing; replace stiff or damaged cables.
t  When control knobs are turned, all flaps must audibly contact stop.
   
1 - Central flap cable
q   From air distribution rotary control to central flap.
q   Identification of cable sleeve: left-hand drive: yellow; right-hand drive: grey.
q   Adjusting cable at central flap → Chapter.
2 - Footwell/defroster flap cable
q   From air distribution control rotary knob to footwell/defroster flap.
q   Identification of cable sleeve: left-hand drive: green; right-hand drive: black.
q   Adjust cable at footwell/defroster flap → Chapter.
3 - Controls for fresh and heated air
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
4 - Temperature flap cable
q   From temperature control rotary knob to temperature flap.
q   Identification of cable sleeve: left-hand drive: beige; right-hand drive: white.
q   Adjusting cable at temperature flap → Chapter.
