Installation sequence of oil supply line
Removing
–  Remove noise insulation.
–  Place Drip tray -V.A.G 1306- or drip tray for workshop hoist -VAS 6208- underneath.
–  To remove, unclip intake hose from lock carrier and unscrew from air filter housing.
–  Unscrew union nut → Item from oil filter bracket → Item. When doing this counterhold connection → Item.
–  Unscrew bolt → Item from face side of engine.
–  Unscrew union nut → Item from turbocharger → Item. When doing this counterhold connection → Item.
–  Remove bolt → Item from bracket → Item.
–  Unscrew nut → Item and remove bracket → Item.
–  Remove oil supply line → Item.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence of removal. In the process, note the following:
  Caution
The following procedure for the installation of the oil supply line must be strictly adhered to.
–  Screw bracket → Item with nut → Item loosely to exhaust manifold.
–  Screw union nut → Item hand-tight on connection → Item of oil filter bracket → Item.
–  Screw union nut → Item hand-tight on connection → Item of turbocharger → Item.
–  Tighten union nut → Item on oil filter bracket → Item to torque setting. When doing this counterhold connection → Item.
–  Tighten union nut → Item on turbocharger → Item to torque setting. When doing this counterhold connection → Item.
–  Position clamps → Item on oil supply line → Item.
–  Tighten bolts → Item to torque setting.
–  Tighten nuts → Item to torque setting.
