Notes:

  • ◆ It is not intended that repair work be carried out to the steering box. If faulty, the steering box must be replaced.
  • ◆ Only use steering gear grease, Part No.
    AOF 063 000 04 for greasing the steering box. However, do not over-grease the steering box. The air vent holes must remain clear, otherwise damage will occur to the bellows.
  • ◆ Renew self-locking nuts and bolts.
  • ◆ Welding and straightening work on steering components is not permitted.
