Removing and installing headlight, vehicles 10.99 ▸
Removing and installing headlight, vehicles 10.99 ►
Removing:
–  Disconnect battery → Chapter.
–  Remove front turn signal → Chapter.
–  Removing radiator grille → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. Gr.66.
–  Disconnect connectors on fog lights.
–  Remove front bumper → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. Gr.63.
   
–  Remove securing bolts -arrows-.
–  Carefully pull headlight forwards; disconnect multi-pin connector and remove headlight forwards.
Installing:
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing observe the following:
  N94-0407
–  The centring pin -2- must fit in recess -1-.
–  Check function of headlight.
–  Check headlight settings and adjust if necessary → Booklet.
