Removing and installing headlight, vehicles ► 09.99

Removing:

–	Disconnect battery → Chapter.

–	Remove turn signal → Chapter.

–	Remove radiator grille trim and radiator grille.

–	Disconnect headlight multi-pin connectors.

–	Remove securing bolts -arrows-.

–	Carefully insert hammer shaft between headlight housing and bumper; using hammer shaft, push headlight housing slightly upwards.

–	Pull headlight housing out forwards.

Note

Lower bolt is undetachably secured with a clip.

Installing:

Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing observe the following:

–	Check function of headlight.

–	Check headlight settings and adjust if necessary → Booklet28.
