Removing and installing gas discharge bulb control unit
Removing and installing gas discharge bulb control unit
Removing:
–  Disconnect battery → Chapter.
–  Remove headlight → Chapter.
   
–  Remove rubber cover -arrow- on headlight housing.

–  Release connector -1- by turning in direction of arrow and disconnect.

–  Disconnect connector -1-, unscrew cross-head screws -2- and remove control unit -3-.
Installing:
  Note
When renewing headlight range control unit, it must be coded → Electrical system; self-diagnosis; Rep. Gr.01.
–  Tighten cross-head screws -2- and insert connector -1-.

–  Lock connector -1- by turning in direction of arrow.
  N97-0213
–  Fit rubber cap -arrow- on headlight housing.
–  Install headlight → Chapter.
–  Check headlight settings and adjust if necessary → Booklet.
–  Check function of headlight.
