  Note
t  To disconnect and reconnect the battery, the procedure described in the workshop manual should be strictly adhered to → Chapter.
t  If the vehicle has a radio with anti-theft coding, obtain code before disconnecting battery.
t  When the battery is reconnected, check the vehicle equipment (radio, clock, window regulators) as per Workshop Manual and/or the Owner's Manual.
t  Checking alternator → Current flow diagrams, Electrical fault finding and Fitting locations.
