  Note
Before removing the wiper arms check that the wiper motor is in park position. Only then can the wiper arm park position be correctly set when installing.
–  Disconnect battery → Chapter.
   
–  Lever off black cover caps -arrows- with a screwdriver.

–  Loosen M8 hexagon nuts -arrows-, but do not remove completely.

–  Slide legs of puller -T10369/1--2- under wiper arm -4- as shown in the illustration.
–  Turn thrust bolt -1- of puller clockwise until it comes into contact with the wiper shaft. The hexagon nut -3- previously loosened on the windscreen wiper arm serves as a means of centring and guiding the thrust bolt -1-.
–  Turn thrust bolt -1- of puller clockwise using a 6 mm Allen key until wiper arm -4- is loosened from the shaft profile.
