| In order to facilitate fitting the lower windscreen covering -1- to the trim -5-, apply soap. |

| Seat the lower windscreen covering -1- on the trim -5- to the windscreen -4- and, starting from the centre -arrow B-, fit the lower covering to the trim -5- with a light pressure. |

| With the wedge from the glass removal kit -VAG 1755--3-, take the lower windscreen covering -1- to its assembly position, pressing it on the right and left sides, between the hinge and the front bonnet. |

| Assemble the packing -2- and the windscreen wiper. |
