Removal

–	Turn ignition off.

Vehicles with manual glass activation mechanism:

–	Remove the window crank → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. gr.64.

Vehicles with electrical glass activation mechanism:

–	Disengage the frame from switches -1- with the Spatula -VW 037- and disengage the connector.

For all vehicles:

–	Remove fastening screws -2-, -3- and -4-.

–	Remove the door lining -5- with the aid of Pliers -3392- or with a Spatula -VW 037- on the fastening points.

–	Raise the door lining -5- from the internal packing of the door's window -arrow-.

–	Disconnect the connectors from: central locking, external rearview mirror and LED (anti-theft alarm system).

–	Separate the drive cable from inner door handle.
