Removal
Removal
–  Remove the roof lining finishing -1- → Chapter.
–  Disengage the A pillar upper linings → Chapter.
–  Disengage the B pillar upper linings → Chapter.
–  Disengage the C pillar upper linings → Chapter.
–  Remove the sunshades with fastening fittings → Chapter.
–  Remove the roof`s safety handles → Chapter.
   
–  Remove the vanity mirrors' lights → Electrical devices; Rep. gr.96.
–  Remove cover -5- by using the Spatula -VW 037-.
–  Remove internal front lighting lamp -6- → Electrical system ; Rep. gr.96.
–  Remove internal rear lighting lamp -2- → Electrical system ; Rep. gr.96.
–  Disengage the roof lining from the internal door packing lips.

–  Remove fastening screws -4- from the roof fastening support -3-.
–  Start the installation from the front part, by disengaging the roof lining -1- on region -A- as detailed -arrow-.
–  Disengage the roof lining -1- in region -B- as detailed -arrow-
–  Lower the roof lining -1- evenly and remove to the rear section of the vehicle (luggage compartment).
  Note
To remove the ceiling lining -1-, ask for help from a second operator.
