| If the ABS control light -K47--2- does not turn off after switching the ignition on and after finishing the check, the fault may result from the following probable causes: |
| -a- the voltage supply is below 10 Volt. |
| -b- there is a fault in the ABS. |
| In the case of a fault in the ABS -b-, the antilock braking system is turned off, while the conventional brake system remains fully operational. |
| -c- there was a temporary fault in the speed sensor from the the last time the vehicle was started. |
| In case of speed sensor -c-, the ABS control light -K47- will be automatically turned off after starting the vehicle and at speeds over 20 km/h. |
