2ABS control light -K47-
3Brake system control light -K118-
4ASR control lamp -K86-
ASR and ESP control light -K155-

Brake pad wear control lamp -K32-

t  If the Control light for brake pad wear -K32--1- does not go off after turning the ignition on and after the inspection is over, or if it lights up while the vehicle is moving, the fault may have the following causes:
-a- the brake pads may be worn.
Check the front and rear brake pads.
-b- an activation failure in the Control light for brake pad wear -K32-. → Electrical diagrams, diagnosis of electrical faults and installation locations.
ABS control light - K47-
  N45-0268
t  If the ABS control light -K47--2- does not turn off after switching the ignition on and after finishing the check, the fault may result from the following probable causes:
-a- the voltage supply is below 10 Volt.
-b- there is a fault in the ABS.
In the case of a fault in the ABS -b-, the antilock braking system is turned off, while the conventional brake system remains fully operational.
-c- there was a temporary fault in the speed sensor from the the last time the vehicle was started.
In case of speed sensor -c-, the ABS control light -K47- will be automatically turned off after starting the vehicle and at speeds over 20 km/h.
-d- there is an interruption in the connection between the instrument panel and the ABS control unit -J104-. → Electrical diagrams, diagnosis of electrical faults and installation locations.
ABS control light -K47- and Brake system control light -K118-
  N45-0268
t  If the ABS control light -K47--2- goes off, but the control lamp Brake system control light -K118--3- remains on, the fault may have the following causes:
-a- the handbrake is on.
-b- the brake fluid level is too low.
-c- there is a fault in the activation of the Brake system control light -K118- → Electrical diagrams, diagnosis of electrical faults and installation locations.
t  If the ABS control light -K47--2- and Brake system control light -K118--3- are turned on, this means that the ABS and EBV (electronic braking power distribution) have failed.
  WARNING
When the ABS control light - K47- and Brake system control light -K118-turn on, the rear wheels may block in advance during braking.
ASR control lamp - K86-
  N45-0268
t  If the ASR control light -K86--4- does not go off when the ignition is switched on and after completing the check, the causes for the fault may be:
-a- short circuit to positive in the ASR  E256 button.
-b-ASR control lamp -K86- activation failure. → Electrical diagrams, diagnosis of electrical faults and installation locations.
-c- the ASR system has been turned off via Switch for the ASR/ESP electronic stability program - E256-.
There is a fault exclusively related to the ASR safety system. The ABS/EDS and EBD vehicle safety systems remain fully operational.
If the ASR control light -K86- blinks while the vehicle is moving, this means the ASR system is in adjusting mode.
ASR and ESP control light -K155-
  N45-0268
t  If the ESP and ASR control lamp -K155 - for the ASR/ESP stabilization program -4- does not go off after the ignition is switched on and after the inspection ends, the fault may have the following causes:
-a- Short circuit to positive in the ASR/ESP - E256 button.
-b- a fault in switching the control lamp ESP and ASR control light -K155- → Electrical diagrams, diagnosis of electrical faults and installation locations
-c- the ASR/ESP system was turned off by the Switch for the ASR/ESP electronic stability program -E256-.
There is a fault exclusively related to the ASR/ESP. The vehicle's ABS/EDS and EBV safety systems remain fully operational ? Refer to the fault memory.
If the ESP and ASR control light -K155- for the ASR/ESP stabilization program blinks during the drive, then the ASR or ESP system is in adjustment mode.
