Installation

Installation happens in removal reversed order, minding the following:

–	Damp new sealing ring -3- with cooling fluid.

–	Install thermostat valve -4- on connection flange -2- and ¹/₄ turn (90 °) turn right.

Note

Thermostat valve arches must be nearly vertical.

–	Place connection flange -2- with thermostat valve -4- in the engine block.

–	Tighten -1- fastening screws. Torque: 15 Nm

–	Supply with cooling fluid → Chapter.
