Check injection pressure
Check injection pressure
  WARNING
When testing injectors ensure the fuel blast does not hit the hands, as high pressurized fuel may penetrate skin and cause serious injury.
–  Remove injector → Chapter.
   
–  Connect injector to injectors test equipment.
–  Slightly push pump lever downwards. When injection starts, read injection pressure. If pressure is different from nominal value, replace injector.
Theoretical value: (overpressure) New injectors: 220 ... 230 bar Wear limit: 190 bar
