Crankshaft sealing, pulley side - replace > < Install Poly-V belt
Crankshaft and engine wheel sealing - remove and install

Clutch repair (vehicles with front wheel drive): → 5-gear mechanical transmission 02R; Rep. Gr.30
   
1 - Sealing ring
q   Do not lubricate sealing
q   Before installation, remove oil residues from crankshaft neck with a clean cloth
q   Replace crankshaft sealing - pulley side → Chapter and → Chapter.
2 - Sealing flange
q   Must seat on guide pins
q   Remove and install → Chapter.
q   Assemble with silicone sealing -D 176 404 A2- → Chapter.
3 - Engine block
q   Crankshaft - disassemble and assemble → Chapter.
q   Pistons and nuts - disassemble and assemble → Chapter.
4 - Wheel
q   To remove and install engine wheel, it is necessary to immobilize it with counter-support 3067
5 - 60 Nm + 90 °
q   Replace
6 - Intermediate plate
q   Must seat on guide pins
q   Do not damage or fold during assembly
7 - 15 Nm
8 - Sealing flange with sealing ring
q   Replace only sets
q   Do not lubricate sealing lip from seal
q   Before installation, remove oil residues on crankshaft neck with clean cloth
q   To install, use support cap supplied by manufacturer
q   Support cap can only be removed after sealing flange has been pushed towards the crankshaft neck
