Tightening torques > < Engine - fasten on the assembly stand

Notes on installation
Install by inverting the removal sequence, paying attention to the following:
  WARNING
In all works, especially in the engine compartment, pay attention to the following:
t  All pipes/hoses of any kind (such as fuel, hydraulic system, activated charcoal filter syste, cooling and refrigerant gas system, brake fluid, vacuum) and all electric harnesses must be installed so as to faithfully restore their original positions.
t  Make sure that there is enough free space from all the moving or hot parts.
–  Check clutch bearing for wear and replace it, if necessary.
–  Slightly lubricate the clutch roller bearing, the roller bearing guide sleeve and the primary shaft splines with Grease -G 000 100-.
–  If necessary, verify the clutch disc centralization Guide pin -T 10086-.
–  Check whether there are coupling guides for engine/transmission on the engine block and install them, if necessary.
   
–  Fasten the intermediate plate on the sealing flange in the guides -arrows-.
–  When installing the subframe, pay attention to the clearance in relation to the drive semi-shafts.
–  Align the engine, moving it quickly for the supports to seat without tension.
  Note
Tightening torques for the subframe pads → Chapter.
–  Install the drive shafts: → Running gear; Rep. Gr.40.
Vehicles with air conditioning
–  Install the air conditioning compressor:
–  Install Poly-V belt → Chapter.
Continued for all vehicles
–  Electrical connections and respective positions: → Current flow diagrams, Electrical fault finding and Fitting locations.
–  Install the clutch hydraulic receiver cylinder: → Automatic / mechanical transmission; Rep. Gr. 30.
–  Install gearshift command: → Automatic/mechanical transmission; Rep. Gr.34.
–  Install the front pipe on the exhaust manifold → Chapter.
–  Install the lower engine noise insulation → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. Gr.50.
–  Fill cooling system → Chapter.
–  Install air filter → Chapter.
–  Adjust the Engine control unit -J623- to the Accelerator butterfly valve control unit -J338- → Chapter.
–  Perform a driving test and check the fault memory → Chapter.
