| Memorize position of tension pulley indicator -1-. Press indented belt strongly with thumb -arrow- .Indicator must move. |

| Remove thumb from belt. |
| –
| Turn crank shaft two turns in engine rotation direction. |
| –
| Check position of indicator. Indicator must go back to original position. |
| –
| If indicator does not go back to original position: |
| –
| Replace tension pulley. |
| –
| If both tension pulleys are right: |
| –
| Install mechanical distribution lower cover. |
| –
| Install crank shaft pulley considering the following: |
| t
| Loosen fastening bolt from pulley/crank shaft gear. |
| t
| Tighten new lubricated bolt at 90 Nm + 90°. |
| t
| When installing pulley, observe installation position in relation to gear. |
| –
| Install engine support holding device. |
| –
| Install engine support. |
