Tightening torque > < Tension pulley of main indented belt - check
Indented belt tension pulley of valves command shaft - check
Indented belt tension pulley of valves command shaft - check
   
–  Memorize position of tension pulley indicator -1-. Press indented belt strongly with thumb -arrow- .Indicator must move.
–  Remove thumb from belt.
–  Turn crank shaft two turns in engine rotation direction.
–  Check position of indicator. Indicator must go back to original position.
–  If indicator does not go back to original position:
–  Replace tension pulley.
–  If both tension pulleys are right:
–  Install mechanical distribution lower cover.
–  Install crank shaft pulley considering the following:
t  Loosen fastening bolt from pulley/crank shaft gear.
t  Tighten new lubricated bolt at 90 Nm + 90°.
t  When installing pulley, observe installation position in relation to gear.
–  Install head support.
–  Install engine support holding device.
–  Install engine support.
