Operation sequence

–	Remove engine driving wheel.

–	Remove intermediate plate.

–	Place crank shaft in upper neutral position of cylinder 1. Pulley marking must align with corner of -O- marking.

–	Remove oil carter → Chapter.

–	Remove engine rotation sensor -arrow-.

–	Loosen flange fastening bolts.

Note

Flange and rotor are compressed by crank shaft with three M6×35 mm bolts.

–	Fasten three M6×35 mm bolts to threaded ports of flange -arrows-.

–	Tighten bolts, alternating among them (max. one ¹/₂ turn (180°) per bolt), onto flange and separate them from crank shaft along with rotor.
