–  Install the motor gears -C- and -E- in the position illustrated, connecting 12-Volt power supply to contacts 4 and 6 to move the gears.
–  Therefore, it is necessary to use the adapter cable -A- → Chapter.

–  Place levers -A- (windscreen demister small door) and -B- (temperature small door) in the plenum chamber in the positions show in the illustration.
  Note
Observe the smaller tooth with larger inter-teeth gap on the two levers.

–  Install support -E-.

–  Join the Defrosting valve control motor -V107--B- with the lever -A- and the Temperature adjustment valve control motor -V68--D- with lever -C-. Observe the correct position of the gears in relation to the levers.
  Note
If the gear and lever are not with the teeth correctly aligned, the Defrosting valve control motor -V107- or the Temperature adjustment valve control motor -V68- will be blocked as soon as the large tooth does not reach the corresponding gap.

–  Engage locks -C- and -D- in plenum chamber.
–  Check the operation of the Defrosting valve control motor -V107- and the Temperature adjustment valve control motor -V68- connecting 12V power supply in contacts 4 and 6. When the cables are inverted, the turn direction is inverted too. Test each motor individually!
  Note
If the levers and gears are not correctly installed, the Defrosting valve control motor -V107- or the Temperature adjustment valve control motor -V68- will be blocked, or the air conditioning equipment will produce noise during operation because the small doors do not close properly.
–  Check operation with the Diagnosis, Measurement and Information System -VAS 5051- or Diagnosis, Measurement and Information System -VAS 5052- or later equipment → Chapter.
