Installation
Installation
Installation is performed in reverse sequence to the removal, observing the following:
–  Check the correct assembly position of the filtering element.

The filtering element -1- must be positioned on the right of the frame -2-.
  WARNING
Currently there are two distinct situations for the filter assembly, on the supply of parts.
Situation 1:
  R80-10176
The air filter is assembled on the assembly along with the frame and with the cover without guide pin, according to the illustrations below:
Dust and pollen filter: 6Q0.820.367.B
  R87-10153
Measurement A: 216 mm
Filter frame: 6Q0.819.647
  R87-10155
Measurement C: 220 mm
Lid: 6Q0.819.422.B
  R87-10156
Situation 2:
Filter: 6R0.820.367 (pollen) / 6R0.819.653.B (charcoal)
  R87-10154
Dimension B: 224 mm
Lid: 6R1.819.422
  Note
Note that in order to use the 6R0.820.367 filter or the 6R0.819.653.B filter, it is necessary to use the 6R1.819.422 lid that has the lock pin -1-, so that it may prevent the displacement of the filter within the plenum chamber.
  WARNING
It is extremely important that the part numbers are used according to the respective situations. Non-conformity of this situation may cause faults in the system.
There is a dimensional difference between the filters (dimensions „A“ and „B“), and the difference between the lids is illustrated in the detail -1- of the above illustration.
