Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  "Torque wrench - 5 to 50 Nm (enc. 1/2")" -VAG 1331-
t  "Torque wrench - 40 to 200 Nm (enc. 1/2")" -VAG 1332-
t  Oil collecting tray -VAG 1306-

  Note
t  The motor/pump set must not be repaired
t  For complaints, determine the cause with the help of pressure and tightness tests along with self-diagnosis
t  If a fault is determined, replace the motor/pump set
t  Residual hydraulic fluid remains on the motor/pump set, as well as on the pressure and return hoses, after the fluid is drained
t  Do not reuse drained hydraulic oil
t  The pressure and return hoses must not be tightened using, for example, the Clamps (diam. 25 mm) -3094- or other tools. Tightening may damage the pressure and return hoses
t  A bending radius of less than 100 mm must be avoided when bending or placing pressure on return and pressure pipes/hoses, so as to prevent damage
