RadioR„ALPHA“ - remove and install

Radio -R-„ALPHA“ - remove and install

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Puller -3316-

Removal:

–	Turn off the ignition, all the electrical devices, and remove the key from ignition.

–	Introduce the Puller -3316- into the housings -arrows- until they fit onto the Radio -R-.

–	Remove the Radio -R- from the panel using the pullers.

–	Disconnect the connector from the Radio -R- and remove the aerial cable.

–	After removing the equipment, remove each Puller -3316- by pressing the lock -arrow -.

Installation:

–	Connect the connectors for the Radio -R-„ALPHA“ and the Antenna -R11-.

–	Install the Radio -R-„ALPHA“, by pushing it inside the housing in the dash until it fits in completely.

Note

Never press the command keys or the display during installation, otherwise the device may be damaged.

–	Activate the electronic anti-theft alarm system, if necessary → Chapter.
