Tail light (Hatch) - remove and install

Note

Removing and installing is identical on both sides; the procedure below refers only to one side.

Removal:

–	Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment, and remove the key from ignition.

–	Disconnect the Battery -A- → Chapter.

–	Move away the luggage compartment side lining -arrow- → Bodywork - Internal assembly works; Rep. gr.70, until enough space is freed to access the rear of the tail light.

–	Remove the securing nut -arrow- (3 Nm).

–	Move the tail light upward, so that the fitting locks release it -arrows-.

–	Remove the tail light.

–	Unlock and disconnect the connector -arrows-.

Installation:

Installation is performed in reverse sequence to the removal.
