| Mark upper and lower stops -4- and -3- on housing. |

| Position gear segment -2- on lower stop -3-. |

| Mark „short“ tooth flank of gear wheel on control motor -1--1-. |

| Mark shorter teeth on gear segment -2- on side -B-. |
| –
| Press bracket with control motor onto housing so that tooth -A- engages in gap -B-. |
| –
| Connect voltage supply connector. |
| –
| Switch on ignition and check operation of control motor by turning temperature control regulator knob. |

| The temperature flap must move to the end positions without jerking. |

| If system malfunctions, switch ignition off immediately and repeat installation sequence. |
