remove bracket from steering rack by removing bolts (arrows)

Vehicles with hydraulic clutch control:
-

take clip off clutch slave cylinder (arrow)

Vehicles with hydraulic clutch control:
-

drive spring pin out

-

remove clutch slave cylinder

Note The hydraulic line remains connected to the slave cylinder.

-

remove cover plate and lower engine/ transmission bolts

-

remove starter

-

position transmission lift under transmission and lift up slightly
