Removing

-

Remove glove compartment

-

Remove right footwell vent

-

Disconnect harness connector from Right Temperature Door Motor V159.

-

Remove the securing bolts - 1 - (1.4 Nm) and remove the Right Temperature Door Motor V159.

-

Unhook brace - 2 - from Right Temperature Door Motor V159.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

-

After installing, function of right temperature door must be checked.

-

Initiate "Basic Setting" function with Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051 (or succeeding model)

Central Air

Removing

-

Remove the instrument panel

-

Disconnect harness connector from Central Air Door Motor V70.

-

Remove the mounting screws - 1 - (1.4 Nm) and remove the Central Air Door Motor V70.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

-

After installing, function of central air door must be checked.

-

Initiate "Basic Setting" function with Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051 (or succeeding model)
