Parking Lamp Bulbs

NOTE:  The following illustrations depict replacement of parking lamp at left headlamp.

Removing

-

Switch off ignition, switch off all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.

-

Pull off cover cap - 1 -.

-

Pull the lamp socket - 2 - with the parking lamp out of the reflector - 1 - as far as the wires permit.

Remove parking lamp - 2 - in - direction of arrow - from lamp socket - 1 -.

Installing

CAUTION:  When installing the cover cap, make sure the cap is properly seated. It is destroyed by ingress of water into headlamp.

NOTE:  Do not touch the glass of the light bulb, when installing. Your fingers will leave traces of grease on the glass which, when the lamp is switched
on, will evaporate and cloud the glass.

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

Check headlamp for function.
