Connect suction jet pump to sensor at inside of fuel tank. The catches must engage.

Insert the new, dry flange seal into the fuel tank opening and only coat the inner side with fuel.

Note the fuel level sensor 2 G169 installation location.

Check sealing ring for correct positioning.

-

Tighten locking ring with wrench T10202. Tightening specification: 110 Nm.

-

Connect connector.

-

Install cover.

-

Install seat bench.
