Scroll through the vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051B or vehicle diagnosis and service system VAS 5052 until the oil
temperature is displayed.

Start engine.

Press the brake pedal and select each selector lever position for approximately 3 seconds, then move the selector lever back into "P".

Do not turn off the engine.

With an oil temperature of 35° to 45°C:

-

Disconnect the adapter for oil filling VAS 6262 quick-release coupling while the engine is running

-

Let excess oil drain.

-

As soon as the oil has drained, remove the adapter for oil filling VAS 6262 and install the plug with a new gasket.

Tightening specifications: 45 Nm

-

Turn off engine.

The drained oil must not be used to fill again.

Dispose of oil correctly.

Install the noise insulation if applicable.
