Secure bevel box output flange with stop plate T10108/1 by installing M10 x 30 bolts -arrows-.

Remove the hex nut for the output flange.

A - 36 mm hex socket for drive 3/4 inch

Pivot bevel box so that output flange faces upward.

Remove output flange from bevel box shaft bevel gear.

A - Three-arm puller, e.g. Kukko 45-2

Note: When removing output flange, inner race/tapered roller bearing remains on output shaft and must be removed from it.

Place thrust pad 40-105 on output flange.

-

Remove inner race/tapered roller bearing from output flange with tapered roller bearing puller.

Note: You can also use attachment V.A.G 1582/6A instead of attachment V.A.G 1582/6.
