Transmission Mount: Specifications

Transmission and Mount Tightening Specifications (R32) - 02E, 6 Speed DSG A/T AWD

M12 - 80 Nm

When using the 18 mm socket wrench T10179 : 65 Nm.

M10 - 40 Nm

-

Arrows point to alignment sleeves

Driveshaft

Shielding plate/driveshaft to bevel gear transfer case: 25 Nm

Replace all left transmission mount bolts.

-

First install all new bolts by hand.

-

-A- first tighten bracket to transmission bolts -1- to 40 Nm with an additional 90° turn.

-

When tightening bolts -2-, bracket can be pried into correct seating with screwdriver. - Bolts 2 - tightening specification: 60 Nm + 90°.
