Headlamp Washer Reservoir: Service and Repair

Windshield And Headlamp Washer Fluid Reservoir

Tank for windshield washer system and headlamp cleaning system is in three parts and designed to be fitted together. In order to guarantee the correct
position of the parts to each other, make sure that the guides present on the individual components engage in each other while assembling.

1. Filler tube for tank for windshield washer system and headlamp cleaning system
2. Filler tube connecting pipe to tank (is removed and installed together with tank)
3. Washer fluid reservoir

NOTE:

Two different reservoirs for windshield washer and headlamp cleaning systems are installed, depending on equipment.

Tank for windshield washer system and headlamp cleaning system, removing and installing - vehicles without parking heater.

Tank for windshield washer system and headlamp cleaning system, removing and installing - vehicles with parking heater.

Windshield and Headlamp Washer Fluid Reservoir Filler Neck

Removing

-

Disconnect connecting tube - 1 - from filler tube - 3 - of tank for windshield washer system and headlamp cleaning system.

Remove screw - 2 -.

-

Unclip hose retainer from filler tube - 3 - and remove filler tube - 3 - from vehicle.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:
