Screw the threaded insert into the threaded plate until the threaded insert is seated flush with the outer edge of the threaded plate (check visually).

Then screw the threaded insert in by a 1/4 turn.

NOTE:  Thread insert must be able to be turned easily.

Unscrew the installation spindle.
