Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.

Switch off ignition.

Vehicles with automatic transmission

Loosen boot from cover

Vehicles with manual transmission and Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG)

Loosen boot from cover

All vehicles 

-

Remove parking brake lever trim.

Vehicles with CD changer. 

-

Remove CD changer - 1 -

-

Remove carpet mat - 2 - from storage compartment.
