Disconnect connectors -1 -, - 2 - and - 6 -.

-

Remove wiring harness - 3 - from transport strap.

-

Pull clamps - 4 - and retaining ring - 5 - out of locking mechanism.

-

Remove bolts - 7 - and remove transport strap.

-

Remove Throttle Valve Control Module J338. The coolant hoses remain connected.

-

Disconnect connector -1 - and hose for crankcase ventilation - 3 -.

-

Remove wiring harness - 2 -. To do so, carefully press off clips - arrows -.

-

Pull oil dipstick out -1 - and press retaining ring - 4 - downward.

-

If present, remove nuts - 3 - on intake manifold support.

-

Remove guide tube - 2 - at bottom on cylinder block and pull it out.

-

Loosen intake manifold bolts - arrows - with Socket T10107 A .

-

Bolts remain in intake manifold.
