Cabin Ventilation Grille: Service and Repair

Intake Air Grille, Removing And Installing 

Removing: 

-

Remove plenum chamber cover

-

Remove cover -1- from plenum chamber.

-

Remove flange nut -arrows- (2.5 ±0.4 Nm) and remove intake air grille upward.

Installing 
Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following.

NOTE:  Seal must be seated correctly on intake air grille.
