Disconnect electrical connection -1- in direction of -arrow-.

Remove lower rear lid trim.

Remove nuts -1-.

-

Remove rear light housing.

Installing: 
Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

NOTE:  To prevent washer from falling into body during installation, secure washer -2- to threaded stud -1- with adhesive before installing.

Insert washers -2- onto threaded stud -1-.

-

Insert rear light assembly to opening in rear lid

-

Install and tighten nuts -1- to specified tightening torque.
