Voltage Regulator (VR) - Mfr. Bosch, removing and installing
Voltage Regulator (VR) - Mfr. Valeo, removing and installing
Voltage Regulator (VR) - Mfr. Bosch, removing and installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required 

-

Torque screwdriver VAG 1624 (or locally available equivalent)

Removing: 

-

Remove generator as applicable.

-

Remove fasteners -arrows- and remove protective cap from generator.

-

Remove screws -arrows-.

-

Remove Voltage Regulator (VR) from generator.

Installing: 
Install in reverse order of removal.

-

Tighten all fasteners according to values in table.
