ATF, Filling

ATF, Filling - 09G, 6 Speed A/T FWD

Install oil filling adapter VAS 6262/2 hand tight with engine running.

-

Fill 1 liter ATF.

-

Tighten oil filler adapter VAS 6262 to quick release coupling and check:

If ATF flows out of adapter hole:

ATF does not need to be topped off.

Allow ATF to drain until it drips.

Tighten sealing plug with new seal to 15 Nm. The ATF check is now completed.

If ATF does not drip:

-

Add another liter.

CAUTION! If the ATF level is too high or too low it will adversely affect the operation of the transmission. If 2 liters are missing, you should
check the transmission more closely. There is probably a larger leak.
