Adapter sleeve, removing/installing
Removing
^
remove sleeve using puller with tensioner (e.g. Kukko 204-2)
Installing
^
push sleeve onto steering column and tighten with nut to end of thread
^
remove nut
^
install new washer and tighten nut again until sleeve is tight
