Comfort System Central Control Module (J393)

‹› If the Comfort System Central Control Module is to be replaced, the work procedure to read out the codes stored in the module must always be

performed, refer to => [ Comfort System Central Control Module, Coding, Through 05.09 ] See: Testing and Inspection/Comfort System Central

Removing:

-

Switch off ignition, switch off all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.

Remove the glove compartment.

Push the bracket - 2 - retaining lever -  1 - for the comfort system central control module - 3 - in -  direction of arrow A -.

At the same time, push the comfort system central control module -  3 - in the bracket - 2 - approximately 5mm in -  direction of arrow B - into
the first in latch position.

‹› For reasons of clarity, the comfort system central control module is shown removed in the following illustrations.

‹› The connectors can only be disengaged and disconnected when the recesses -  arrows - of the connectors and bracket line up exactly.

Release and disconnect the connectors - arrows - from the comfort system central control module.
