Variable Induction Control Module: Removal and Replacement

Throttle Valve Control Module, Removing and Installing

Removing

Rabbit:

-

Remove the charge air guide leading to the noise generator => [ Charge Air Guide to Noise Generator, Rabbit and Scirocco, Removing and
Installing ] See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Turbocharger/Intercooler/Service and Repair.

All:

-

Loosen the hose clamp - 2 -.

-

Remove bolt - 4 -.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - arrow -.

-

Remove the noise insulation => Body Exterior 50 Noise Insulation.

-

Remove the air guide pipe - items 1 and 2 -.

-

Remove the bolt - 1 - and remove the air guide pipe downward.
