Recreate the original joint between the bar piece - 5 - and the wheel housing - 2 - using a straight-line spot weld seam.

Recreate the original joint between the bar piece - 5 - and the bulk head - 6 - gas-shielded arc plug weld and gas-shielded arc continuous weld.

Recreate the original joint between the plenum chamber - 1 - and the wheel housings - 2 - and the bar pieces - 5 - with a straight-line spot weld
seam.

Recreate the original joint between the wheel housing reinforcement - 3 - and the wheel housing - 2 - with an RP arc plug weld seam.

Fit, secure and weld the headland bracket  - 4 - using the  alignment bracket set, Tiguan  (VAS 6325/2).

Fit the A-pillar and weld it.
