Intermediate plate

‹› must be located on dowel sleeves

‹› do not damage or bend when doing assembly work

‹› Is hooked in at sealing flange => [ Installing intermediate plate ]

Bolt

‹› for dual-mass flywheel/drive plate

‹› 60 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn 

‹› Replace

‹› Only possible to install in one position - Bores are offset

Fitting pin

‹› not installed

Transmission side sealing flange, tightening sequence

-

Tighten the bolts - 1 through 8 - in the sequence shown:

-

1. Hand tighten the bolts

-

2. Tighten the bolts to 9 Nm
