Wiper Blade Park Position, Adjusting

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items

VAG 1331 Torque wrench (or or 5 - 50 Nm equivalent equivalent)

Driver's side:

Specification: Distance -A- between wiper blade and lower edge of windshield must be 9 mm.
Specification: Distance -B- between wiper blade and lower edge of windshield must be 12 mm.

Adjust park position by moving wiper arm if necessary.
Tightening torque: 32 Nm

Front passenger side:

Specification: Distance -A- between wiper blade and lower edge of windshield must be 12 mm.
Specification: Distance -B- between wiper blade rubber and lower edge of windshield must be 44 mm.
