Remove oil dipstick and servo line bracket screw and disengage left  design cover mount - arrows - 

-

Left air filter housing, removing.

-

Remove connector at Refrigerant Temperature Sensor (G454).

CAUTION!
There is a danger of ice-up.

Refrigerant leaks out if refrigerant circuit is not discharged.

Refrigerant must be extracted before opening the refrigerant circuit.  If the refrigerant circuit is not opened within 10 minutes after
extracting  it, pressure may build up in the circuit again. The refrigerant must be extracted  again.

Disconnect the connector on the A/C compressor.

‹› Make sure the connector is secure on the A/C compressor.

Disconnect the refrigerant lines from the A/C compressor.

‹› The bolts are different lengths.

‹› The tightening specification is 20 ± 3 Nm.

Remove the bolts - 3 -.

‹› 25 Nm

‹› Quantity: 3

‹› 43 Nm

‹› Quantity: 2

A/C compressor auxiliary component bracket and power steering vane  pump

‹› Removing:

‹› Remove the A/C compressor - 2 -.

‹› Removing and installing P.A.S. vane pump.

‹› installing:

-

Install the bolts - 4 - first.

Dowel sleeves

‹› Quantity: 4

‹› Ensure correct seating in bracket.
