The code entered and displayed will not be loaded into the Climatronic Control Module until the ignition has been switched OFF once.

Select "Back Arrow" button.

Select function "006 - Basic Setting".

Enter "01" on keypad.
^
Set basic settings.
With basic settings set:

Select the "Back Arrow" button.
^
Interrogate and erase any stored DTCs.
With DTCs erased:

Select the "Back Arrow" button.
^
End output (function 022).
^
Switch the ignition OFF then ON.
^
Select operating mode "Self Diagnosis".
^
Input address word "08" - AC/Heating electronics".
^
Interrogate and erase any stored DTCs.
With DTCs erased:

Select the "Back Arrow" button.
^
End output (function 022).
^
Switch ignition OFF and disconnect Data Link Connector (DLC). Data Link Connector (DLC).
