‹› Replace if damaged.

To Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) valve (N316)

Intake manifold support

Throttle valve control module (J338)

‹› With throttle drive (for Electronic Power Control (EPC)) (G186), throttle drive angle sensor 1 (for EPC) (G187) and throttle drive angle

sensor 2 (for EPC) (G188).

‹› When replacing, adapt the Engine Control Module (ECM) to the throttle valve control module. Refer to ; "Guided Functions ".

Gasket

‹› Replace.

‹› Ensure it is correctly seated in intake manifold.

Connection

‹› For crankcase ventilation.

‹› With Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) heating element (N79).

‹› From cylinder head cover.

Fuel rail

‹› For cylinders 2, 4 and 6.

‹› Spring retainers for fuel injectors must always be replaced before installing --> [ (Item 3) Spring retainer ] See: Powertrain Management/Fuel

‹› Tighten uniformly, starting from inside and working toward outside.
